Google is always improving themselves. After they improved the Google Images interface and increase the duration of uploaded YouTube videos, Google Earth is now getting a revamp and received a few updates.

With the 5.2 version of Google Earth, the program has a new feature: it allows users to see the weather forecasts in real time.

So, Google Earth wants to warn users of all the weather events, from rain to real storms or twisters.

The only inconvenient is the fact that the feature is only available for North America, and some parts of Europe.

Google exampled on the Google Earth blog that this new feature should not be a replacement for specialized web site, but rather as an extension of the Google Earth application.
