WikiLeaks founder, Julian  Assange, claims that iPhone, Blackberry or Gmail users are spied on by the Governments of the world and the companies that provide espionage equipments now have billion of euro in profits.

Assange recently said in a press conference that, studying ways to improve security of Wikileaks, he discovered that the equipments that monitor smartphones or Gmail email service, not only they exist but they also record some high sales. ” How many of you have a iPhone, who has a blackberry, who is using Gmail ? Well, you are all screwed! Assange said.

A iPhone 4 smartphone mysteriously exploded a few days ago in Brazil, while it was being charged. According to some sources the phone was put to charge overnight an suddenly the iPhone started to cause smoke and sparkles. The owner of the phone, who was sleeping just one meter away, go scared but he was unharmed.  The cause of the explosion was not determined yet, however first info suggests that the battery is to blame, which got overheated. The incident took place just two days after the battery of another iPhone melted during a plane landing in Sydney, Australia.
